If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we are sorry
and you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
When you want to return all the items you purchased, please send an email to infor@supcow.com to apply for a return or exchange.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are exchangeable if the following conditions are met.

- You can only return unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with original tags/packaging and hygiene labels intact.

- Products with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
Note: The following situations are not considered product defects.

- Due to manual measurement, there may be a difference of 1-2 cm.Please read the product size details carefully when purchasing.

- Slight color variations may occur due to different screen displays
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund
If you require a refund and it is approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
Exchange
If you need to exchange and it is approved, we will send out the new product within 3-4 days after processing.
Shopping Problem
When the product is damaged or does not meet the instructions for use, due to our reasons, we will pay for the return shipping; or keep the product and agree to a partial refund with us.
If you need to change the style, size, different color, you need to bear the shipping costs.
If the product does not meet the requirements of our return policy, we have the right to refuse the return or refund. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping costs.
