Delivery areas currently accepted are the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Order processing time + delivery time
Generally, most orders will be processed within 2 – 3 business days, but please allow 1-2 business days to check your order. We only ship from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
*Note: Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days, but international orders are sometimes susceptible to weather factors, resulting in delayed delivery days. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Payment Method
We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, Master, PayPal, Amazon Pay and offer free shipping.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You can change the order information or cancel the order before the goods are processed or shipped. If you need to operate the order, please send an email to infor@supcow.com.
Once shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery in any way. You can wait until the product arrives. Contact the courier to resolve.
Items Lost or Damaged During Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. This email contains order details and tracking information for tracking your order.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. In this case, we recommend that you first contact your carrier to find out the status of your package.
If your package is lost, please contact our customer service to help you file a claim with the carrier.
*Note: In order to file a valid claim, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving tracking information. Shipping reimbursement is subject to the shipping company’s policies and procedures.We are not responsible for any additional amounts beyond the carrier’s coverage.
Fraudulent orders
If a transaction is risky, the system will identify it as a fraudulent order. E-commerce fraud is an industry-wide problem. Please be patient and respond to any order confirmation inquiries so that we can place your order as soon as possible.
Please note that if the customer refuses to accept the package, or the package is returned or destroyed due to incorrect address information or other personal reasons, the customer will bear full responsibility for the consequences.
