-When will my package be shipped and how long will it take to arrive

Generally speaking, all orders take 2-3 business days to process and usually take 10-15 business days to arrive at your address. Thank you very much for your patience.

-Can I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. However, merchandise must be returned in unworn condition. We will not accept any mail-in returns without prior written notification.

-Why was my order cancelled?

There are many reasons why an order may be cancelled. The system may identify it as a fraudulent order, please contact customer support at infor@supcow.com.

-How do I pay?

We now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

-What is the delivery range that the store currently accepts?

We are currently only accepting packages to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada. We are not accepting packages to anywhere else at this time.

-How to view my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email! The order status page is updated in real time as the shipping status changes. Please check your email, it is also part of the confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please let us know.

-How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact customer service at infor@supcow.com. We can only cancel or change unshipped items. They cannot be modified after shipment. You can contact the courier to make modifications after the items arrive at your address.

-If I am not satisfied with the product I received, can I return it?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at infor@supcow.com and if your package is returned to us, we will refund the original purchase price of your order less the initial and return shipping costs.
